In 2023, we built the proof of concept: a 3D-printed prototype spine with sensors, an Android demo app and a backend that could read signals. It wasn’t pretty, but it proved something critical: motion data could be captured, interpreted and bridged into Web3. This phase was about validation - showing that the idea works.
