# Phase 2: Private Alpha (Q2 2026)

Here, we hand the system to our first real users.

* Early $MDEV Community Testers and Athlete Ambassadors receive Hardware v.1 devices.
* Android app is refined, while iOS enters beta.
* Token incentives go live: users earn $MDEV by sharing motion data.
* Wallet integration enables users to claim, store and stake tokens.
* Researchers gain controlled access to early tokenized datasets.
* Governance expands: token holders help decide how rewards and staking tiers should work.
* Closed athlete testing program: establishing Motion xAI as the infrastructure for sports performance optimization.

This isn’t just testing hardware - it’s testing the entire data-to-token feedback loop.
