# Team

Motion xAI has been in development since 2021, with deep R\&D roots and technical backing from CryptoDATA Tech: a global technology company with over **140** engineers across cybersecurity, blockchain and AI. CryptoDATA funded Motion xAI’s early development and continues to support its ongoing progress, contributing hardware expertise, infrastructure and technical talent. While CryptoDATA provides the engineering backbone, the project is led by a dedicated core team focused on building the world’s first decentralized healthcare ecosystem.

A serial entrepreneur and product executive bridging Web3, AI and real-world innovation. Otto previously founded Humans.ai, a pioneering AI blockchain company that reached an all-time-high valuation above $1 billion and built one of the largest European AI ecosystems. With over a decade of experience across AI systems, blockchain infrastructure and token economies, Otto specializes in connecting advanced technology with real-world use cases. At Motion xAI, he’s focused on building the foundational layer for decentralized healthcare: one that integrates AI agents, user-owned data and tokenized incentives in a unified, transparent system.

Atangana brings extensive experience in operations and organizational transformation, having worked with institutions such as Deutsche Bank and ICBC Standard Bank. Her background in strategy execution, recruitment and leadership positions her to oversee scaling, company culture and operational delivery. At Motion xAI, she leads operational execution, ensuring the team scales efficiently while maintaining alignment across marketing, product and technical divisions.

Liberatus is a product leader with a background spanning AI, mobility and emerging technologies. Formerly at Amazon, he has led large-scale GovTech and AI initiatives, shaping digital ecosystems for physical infrastructure across 15+ cities. His earlier work developing connected mobility hardware informs his approach to building scalable, human-centred products that unite digital intelligence with real-world impact. At Motion xAI, Liberatus drives product strategy and innovation, embedding AI and decentralized technology into the future of health access.

Dr. Ruan Keyun is a globally recognized computer scientist and economist, renowned for pioneering work in Cloud Forensics and Risk Economics. Her research has shaped international standards in cloud security and digital asset risk management and she currently serves in Risk Economics & Strategy at Google. As Founder of the Happiness Foundation, she focuses on improving human wellbeing through technology and design. At Motion xAI, her expertise bridges academic rigor and applied innovation:  reinforcing the mission to enhance global wellness through decentralized systems.

Bogdan leads community development and engagement on Telegram, creating onboarding flows, community guidelines and activation campaigns. He works closely with marketing and product teams to ensure transparency, align messaging and integrate community feedback into Motion xAI’s roadmap.

The Motion xAI team also includes 12 dedicated developers specializing in app development, full-stack engineering, AI systems and hardware integration: ensuring rapid, high-quality progress from prototype to production.

Collectively, Motion xAI is a team of technologists, scientists and builders united by one mission: to decentralize healthcare and return data ownership to the people.
