# The Opportunity

As AI becomes the backbone of every industry, human-generated data takes on new value and the **gap between those who create it and those who profit** from it grows wider by the day.

Traditional AI companies cannot replicate this model because enabling users to own and sell their data competes directly with their primary revenue model: extracting and monetising it themselves. Retrofitting ownership infrastructure onto extractive systems requires complete architectural and philosophical overhaul.
